An objection which I'm given almost daily since I interact with prospects & Speak with people about Social Media Marketing is “I’ve tried SM advertising before & it did not work"
Social Media Marketing might not be a great fit for your organization, it is true. However please do not be too hasty either. Thousands of companies are having excellent success.

In my view & experience, there's huge value in social media but I'm not deluded. I realize that not every company has discovered that it works really well for them at least in the short term they did not find a nice return on their investment.
Before you throw SM Marketing on the garbage heap please consider these variables. A number of you can get validation that it is in factn't for your small business but some of you might rethink & give it a second chance, this time doing things a little differently.
Let us look at some potential factors as to why Social Media Marketing did not work…
1. All companies are different and you will find a lot of different variables when trying to connect with your target market using SM advertising.
Social networking works best for businesses that serve all of the countries or even internationally. For those regional businesses out there, it'll be a bit trickier. It's only a fact, unfortunately. There may just be a certain limited quantity of people in your geographical location, considering the subjects you're talking about.
Does this mean local companies should not bother with SM Marketing? No that is not what I am trying to say in any respect.
